Dear guests! We are glad you are staying with us! Please, read our rules of stay at Cronwell Inn Stremyannaya Hotel, St. Petersburg.
1. These rules determines the order of booking, stay, accommodation and services offered in the hotel. These rules are developed on the basis of the Decree of Russian Federation Government “The approval of service rules in Russian Federation”, dated 09.10.1985 and “Protection of the consumers rights” according to the laws of RF.
2. Hotel «Cronwell Inn Stremyannaya», St. Petersburg is registered in the RF state registration book as LLC “Stremyannaya”.
3. The management of Cronwell Inn Stremyannaya hotel, St. Petersburg guarantees its guests respect and implementation of confidentiality rules within the hotel area.
4. Smoking in rooms and other hotel areas are prohibited with an exception of specially designated areas and the restaurant.
5. The hotel reserves the right to charge fines for violation of fire safety, smoking in rooms and ignoring legal requirements of the hotel management. The assessment of the caused damage is made on the basis of "the list of fines for damage of hotel property".
6. In case of complaints from the side of guests the hotel administration takes all possible measures provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation for conflict settlement.
7. Legislation of Russian Federation is applied to other unspecified in these rules points. All disputes arising hereunder and related hereto, which cannot be settled by means of negotiations are to be referred to the Arbitration court of Saint Petersburg and Leningrad Region according to the legislation of Russian Federation.

9. The hotel is open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Hotel check-in time is 2 p.m., Check-out time is noon (12.00).
10. Breakfast is served in the hotel restaurant from 7.00 a.m till 10.00 a.m. and from 8 a.m. till 11 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. If you like to have your breakfast earlier or be packed in a lunch-box, please, contact the Reception a day before but not later than 9 p.m.. Thank you in advance.
11. The hotel management considers inappropriate for the guests to visit hotel restaurant in a gown, sportswear or slippers.
12. If necessary you can keep your luggage at our baggage room, located on the 1st hotel floor in the central hall. Please, leave your valuables in your personal safe in your room. Items and things left in other than safe places without your supervision inside your room, are considered to be under the responsibility of the guest him/herself.
13. Call the Reception Desk, please, to use our additional free services, such as calling an ambulance, taxi service, mail delivery to the guest room, wake-up call service, sewing kit, etc.
14. The hotel has the right to dissolve the contract for rendering hotel services unilaterally or to refuse to extend the guest period of stay in case of violation of these terms of stay, non-payment or material damage to hotel. We would like to kindly ask you to take good care of the hotel property, please, and respect the fire safety rules. Before leaving the room, please, close the windows, bathroom taps, switch off the lights and all electrical appliances. In the event of damage of hotel property a guest is to compensate it in full in accordance with the hotel rules.
15. For safety reasons the hotel uses video surveillance system with an exception of hotel bathrooms and guest rooms. We hope you understand the reasons.
16. In case the guest is absent in the hotel room for more than 24 hours (or after 6 hours from the moment of check-out time), the management of hotel has the right to make the levy of execution of his/her property, left by the guest in the hotel room. The hotel management takes under its responsibility values like money, jewelry, important papers. The other private property will be moved from hotel room to the storage room.
17. For order and security reasons it is prohibited:

    1. To smoke in hotel rooms and halls, except specially designated areas and the restaurant
    2. To use electrical appliances in the room except 220 Volt, 50 Hz,
    3. To pass room keys (guest cards) to strangers,
    4. To store flammable materials in guest rooms,
    5. To bring to the hotel and store weapons in the hotel room,
    6. To rearrange inside or take hotel furniture out of the room,
    7. To bring any food to the hotel restaurant, to take out food, dishes or cutlery from the hotel restaurant,
    8. To violate universally accepted conduct code, including staying in the hotel under the influence of drugs,
    9. To show anger or actions that threaten health or property of other people staying in the hotel,
    10. To cause damage to hotel property,
    11. To invite guests to hotel rooms after 11 p.m. without paying for their stay at the Reception Desk,
    12.  To place pets in hotel rooms,
    13.  To disturb guests in the neighbouring rooms.


  1. Hotel accommodation is offered to the guest after he/she shows passport and migration card in accordance with the hotel rules. The hotel management reserves the right to refuse its service to the guests without his/her identity card.
  2. Hotel accommodation is made after the guest signs registration card and makes the payment for the whole period of stay. Payment is made in rubles by cash, bank transfer or credit card.
  3. The payment for hotel rooms and additional hotel services are made in accordance with the prices approved by the General Manager of the Hotel. Children under 6 years old without an extra bed (baby cot is free of charge) are staying in the hotel free of charge, but have to be surely registered.
  4. Bookings are taken by the hotel as guaranteed in case a guest makes a full (100%) payment for stay or prepayment for the first day of stay at the Hotel and if a guest receives written confirmation from the side of hotel of his/her guaranteed reservation. During high season and the New Year holidays we kindly ask you to make your payment not later than 72 hours before the date of checking-in, not later than 48 hours in middle season and not later than 24 hours prior to your arrival in low season. Please, take into consideration, that during high season non-guaranteed bookings are not accepted by our hotel. Your booking is unguaranteed until it is paid. In case we get other guaranteed bookings on the same dates as yours the Hotel may cancel Your room without warning.
  5. In case of refusal, reduction of your period of stay or arrival to the hotel later than 24 hours after the date of your planned check-in, the guaranteed booking is cancelled and your prepayment for the first night of staying in the hotel is not refunded.
  6. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged by the Hotel, occupancy levels permitting only. In case of hotel accommodation lesser than a day (24 hours) the payment is made equal to room rate per day irrespective of your arrival or departure time.
  7. In case a guest likes to prolong a hotel stay, occupancy levels permitting, the guest is to pay in full for the prolonged period. It is possible to prolong your stay not lesser than for half a day according to the hotel price list.
  8. Visitors to the hotel guests who stay in your room before 8 a.m. or after 11 p.m. are to be registered at the Reception and pay for accommodation in accordance with the hotel price-list.
  9. We change your bed linen and towels once in three days. At your request an unplanned replacement of linen can be made for an additional payment. When ordering additional services guests are to make full prepayment for all required services.
  10. If you leave the hotel, please, leave your room key (guest card) at the Reception. In case you lose your key, Receptionist will give you a new key according to the hotel price list.
  11. On the day of your departure the hotel room key (guest card) is to be given to the Receptionist. After the House-keeping service checks your room, you are to pay for additional hotel services, including your calls to information city services and international calls made from your room. In case the Reception knows the time of your departure in advance, we will try to reduce the processing time of your departure.
